Claus Rasmussen joined in November 2009 as Senior Vice President, EMEA. He is responsible for international distribution and business development focusing on creating a solid regional platform for sustainable growth, brand positioning and awareness and excellent customer service. Being a lifelong passionate music lover with a strong appreciation for high performance audio reproduction and quality product, Claus is thrilled to help bring Olive into the homes of discerning customers.
Claus has 16 years of international experience in the audio/video industry occupying senior commercial roles in leading companies and working with worldwide brands. He has a commanding track record in developing international distribution for premium audio products, leading sales teams, initiating partnerships and alliances across industries and driving strategic planning processes.
Prior to joining Olive Claus was Director of Business Development for Harman Consumer Group EMEA (part of Harman International) working with leading brands JBL and Harman Kardon. Before that he was Senior Sales Manager for GP Acoustics where he was heading the sales team for independent distribution of KEF loudspeakers worldwide. Previous roles in Harman Consumer Group and TAG McLaren Audio also evolved around international business development.
